Moderna and J&J COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at the Bernards Township Community Center

Moderna and J&J will be given on Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00 pm at the Bernards Township Community Center, 289 S. Maple Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

• The Moderna and J&J dates are December 1st 8th and 15th 
• Moderna will ONLY be given to those eligible for 3^rd dose or booster, OR ages 18+ for primary series. Visit https://www.signupgenius.com/go/bthdmoderna to make your Moderna appointment.

Flu Shots will be offered at COVID-19 vaccination clinics while supplies last. Flu shots are $25 for residents, $35 for non-residents, and no charge for valid Medicare Part B.

Please note there will be no vaccine clinics on Election Day or the week of Thanksgiving.

For all clinics:

• Walk-ins are welcome if eligible and vaccine supply allows.
• Bring your original vaccination card with you if you are coming for a booster shot.
• No identification or insurance card required for COVID-19 vaccines.
• Please wear a mask and social distance upon arrival.
